Our
organization has been configured around our Business Partnership
philosophy (THE CLIENT)
and it is integrated in such a way that empowerment over decision making
is not centralized but spread among those who are responsible of
customer satisfaction, on a flat structure, where we have eliminated
authority split in several levels and promoted flexible manpower, which
supports more projects in a better way, multifunctional initiatives and
efficient teamwork; all of which can be interpreted in a single phrase
as: “One for all and all
for the Client“.

Our organizational chart may
seem “sui generis” at first sight, although it clearly reflects our
company’s philosophy, where
in top of our organizational chart is located our Business Partner (you).
Within our
administration council in addition to our Directors we do have other
professional specialists in trade commerce, marketing, business and
legal affairs, who with a third party vision give objective orientation
to our organization; under the administration council we have the four
Business Directors: Technical, Operational, Commercial and Business, who
are in every moment the “face to each project or service” based on our
commitment of management care; below the Directors hang the rest of an
also empowered organization.
It is important to
underline that, in reference to our technical specialties, we do have
hydraulic and electronic engineers and designers, certified at it’s
specialization and with relevant experience on automotive, retail, hotel
and industry markets; while on the construction – installation side we
do have a compact and very experienced team, along with selected
reliable contractors, that allow us to execute more than 10 major jobs
at the same time in any region of the country; previous strengths are
complemented with one of the must specialized muti-brand hydraulic-electronic
team of service technicians, focused on 24x7 maintenance coverage all
over the territory.
Finally we have to say that independently of organizational charts and
lines of command, our organization is oriented to process and not to
functions, towards quality resource management and teamwork under the
requirements of flexibility and quick response of the market. All of the
above is integrated in a participative and not an autocratic system,
which main objective is to get “natural” collaborative participation of
each member of the organization.
In our organization we do follow an strict
10 Commandment:
- Everything has to be
oriented to our Business Partner, which is the reason to exist.
- If any process or
activity do not reach our Business Partner, it does not add value.
- Continuous improvement
is gotten only if it increase our Business Partner Satisfaction.
- We do not care to sale
more but to giver our Business Partners a proper assessment.
- Our Business Partner's
resources are the must important asset to take care of.
- We do not affirm
anything unless we are sure of it, we rather investigate than say yes.
- We always assume our
responsibility and prevent based on this fact.
- Teamwork is above the
individuals and who does not live it has no room in our organization.
- All our decisions are
based on previous developed plans (even emergency decisions).
- Communication is the
must important, there is not criticism but opportunity detection.
