The first one is
referred to focal efficiency on resource management and is a result of
a general market requirement in regards time and cost reduction
without affecting quality, which is only reachable by maximizing
available resources to deliver the solution required by our Business
Partner. This task is configured in 3 dimensions: Customer’s budget,
time available and SACA’s human and material resources.
- We maximize
usage of Customer’s resources,
by proper assessment on the more efficient solution available with the
highest return on investment.
- We maximize
usage of time available for job or service execution,
by starting operational processes in a timely manner and with total
focus on immediate response.
- We maximize
usage of our own resources,
by managing efficient job programs with our clients and aligned to
other disciplines (CPS); by having trained, empowered, equipped and
motivated personnel, for design and engineering, supply and
installation, commissioning and start up, maintenance and service, for
all the solutions we offer; by ensuring timing for material and
equipment delivery, with the quality offered and according to the
timeframe committed.
In second place, as a
required tool to be added to maximize the equation, we have implemented a
project and service management control both operational and
administrative (CPS), which allow us to manage in the must efficient
way, multiple jobs and services nationwide and which was build over 4
main disciplines:
- Master
Planning:
- Start up
meeting.
- Daily GANT
follow up.
- Detailed book of
records at the job site.
- Weekly advance
reports, Status of material delivered, personnel at site and job
quality.
- Monthly job
management report.
- Start up, test,
commissioning and delivery documented processes.
- Project
Management:
- Execution
triangle: Quality, Time and Budget.
- GANT and CPM.
- Professional
management of the projects and services = Direction,
coordination and dedicated administration around supply,
personnel, contractors and vendors.
- Definition of
a “single” operational responsible and a “father” Director
of the project or service, with absolute authority and who will
be taking care from the beginning until the end of the execution.
- Professional
Contract Administration
which allow us to coordinate efficiently our bids, advance
billing, closings, “afiles” and other critical administrative
processes along the execution.
